Resonance & balance - why we need it so urgently today

Time and again I come across people who seem to have everything under control.

They work. They perform. They hold out. Until the body pulls the emergency brake at some point.

Sometimes it is a diffuse malaise, sometimes a clear pain, sometimes an emotional collapse.

The message is always the same: We can't go on like this.

🌿 Resonance - the ability to be connected

For me, resonance means perceiving subtle vibrations - inside and out:

  • Can I feel what is alive in my body right now?

  • Can I perceive what a conversation, a decision, an encounter feels like?

  • Am I really in touch - with myself, with others, with life?

When we are in resonance, connection arises.

Then we are present.

Then spaces open up - for real encounters, for clarity, for change.

⚖️ Balance - not a luxury, but a foundation

Balance is often misunderstood as "work-life balance" - like two scales that we are somehow supposed to balance.

For me, balance means something else: being in your own center.

  • When I am in balance, I feel grounded.

  • I know what is important to me.

  • I can make a clear decision.

  • I don't lose myself on the outside, but remain stable on the inside - even when things get turbulent.

This inner balance is not an optional extra.

It is a prerequisite:

for health, for sustainable performance - and for successful leadership.

💛 Leadership begins on the inside

We often talk about strategies, goals and performance.

But rarely about the nervous system that carries everything.

Self-leadership without resonance and balance is like a ship without a compass.

  • If you can regulate your nervous system, you can guide yourself - and therefore others - through storms.

  • Living resonance builds trust that goes far beyond words.

  • Those who stay in balance appear clear, authentic and powerful.

Leadership begins on the inside - and ends there if we don't listen.

🌬️ My invitation

Resonance and balance are not just concepts.

They are tangible experiences.

Perhaps you would like to take a moment and ask yourself three questions:

  • Where in my life do I experience resonance - with myself, with others, with life?

  • What always brings me back into balance?

  • And where do I realize that I'm just functioning?

The answers can be the first step -

back to your center,

back to real vitality.

Because resonance and balance are not a luxury.

They are the key to living and leading a healthy, clear and fulfilled life.

🌿 PS: Balance often starts small

For me, it sometimes starts with a drop of oil.

A conscious pause. A deep breath.

The "Balance" oil from doTERRA reminds me of this:

Centering is not a state, but a practice, again and again.

💧 Presence begins in the palm of your hand.

And then spreads...
