First 4-day seminar on mental training for children and young people in Switzerland!

This 4-day seminar is aimed at anyone who would like to work with children and young people in the areas of learning, mental and happiness training.

It is based on the concept by Carina Leichtfried, Stefanie Egger and Andrea Schatz entitled "Mental Strengthening for My Future"- a 13-step program for 7th and 8th graders with the aim of giving young people more clarity about their future careers, making them aware of their strengths and talents, promoting a balance between recreation and relaxation at a young age and strengthening them in their being.
