This autogenic training is offered in cooperation with Burkhard Babinger, Entwicklung mit Herz, from St. Leonhard am Forst in Austria.

Burkhard himself had positive experiences with autogenic training in his early youth and has retained and developed these skills. He now works as a coach and mental trainer, among other things.

 Thanks to the long-standing professional and private connection between the authors of the "Mental Strengthened" team and Burkhard, the idea of recording a "CD" for the young people to prepare for the final exam was born.
